They keep winning, and winning, and...

In a strange way, I'm glad Deron Williams only scored 5 points in last night's win over the Pacers.

Any team that relies too heavily on one player will only go so far. This kind of team will never win a championship.

(Signed, Allen Iverson's 76ers and Vince Carter's Raptors.)

Not the Jazz, though. The Jazz have so many weapons. Ronnie Brewer, Paul Millsap, Mehmet Okur, Carlos Boozer, Kyle Korver... each one of these guys could score 20+ in any given night.

And now that everyone's healthy we're really starting to see how dangerous the boys from SLC can be. We are the hottest team in the league, owners of a 12-game winning streak, the new leaders of the northwest division, the holders of the No. 4 seed in the west (creeping up toward the Nos. 3 and 2 spots), and we happen to have the best point guard in the NBA in Deron Williams.

The Jazz are hot, but the wins won't last forever. The Jazz play Hotlanta tonight, and then they'll dance the Florida two-step with games against Miami and Orlando on back-to-back nights.

I think they'll lose two of the next three.

But still, hard to not love the Utah Jazz right now.

I'm not a Jazz fan, but I do like to watch them play, especially my boy Millsap. He may be my favorite NBA player.

I like Millsap, and Deron Williams is the best PG in the NBA. Just don't include Chris Paul, Devin Harris, Luke Ridnour, or Kirk Hinrich in the discussion. Kidding about the last two, maybe three.
